First Crush Cards ask of all its customers to read the following terms and conditions before they proceed with their orders.

If you have any queries regarding the terms and conditions or orders then please do not hesitate to contact us. Our opening times are as follows;

Monday – Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm

Weekends – We work weekends during our busy periods which can include setting up and decorating venues,  therefore replies to queries may take a little longer.

We do prefer to answer all queries by email however if you would prefer to speak to us directly via telephone then please get in touch.

 

Safety

Please ensure stationery is kept away from children as some designs may contain small parts which could be a choking hazard to young children.

 

Customer Proof Approval

Once your final proof has been agreed by email and you have ticked the box to confirm you have approved your sample, it is then your responsibility for the information on your invitations to be correct. If at a later date you wish to change anything and we have started your order, there will unfortunately be a charge. If we need to redo your invitations, then we will require you to pay the full price for the cost of materials and time. If, however, we have only printed the inserts, there will be a cost of half of the total order. Of course, if it is our fault, then we do apologise and we will redo the order immediately at no further charge.

 

In the unlikely event of faulty/missing goods from your order, please notify us within no more than 5 days following receipt of  your order. Notifying us after that time will mean that materials will have to be reordered, which could mean a delay in you handing out your invitations.

Delivery

Our parcels are all sent via Special Delivery so that orders can be tracked. The tracking reference can be provided if you do not receive parcels within 2 days of being dispatched which will allow your order to be traced and located. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive and we are satisified that your order is lost, we promise to redo the order again - no refunds will be given. There is an additional charge for sending your order via Special Delivery which is shown at the checkout stage of purchasing your order. Standard Special Delivery rates will be charged. Sending items this way enables us to send out your order using the tightest security measure possible to ensure you get your beautiful stationery quickly and safely. After all, they are invitations to one of the most important days of your life!

 

Cancellation

Once you have paid for your order and through a change of circumstance you wish to cancel, should your order be in the completion stages we will not refund. If your order is in the mid stage of completion we will refund 50% of the order cost for the cost of materials. This will be refunded within 14 working days.

 

First Crush Cards have the right to cancel any order in the event of threatening and abusive behaviour from customers, we will notify you via email should your order be cancelled.

 

Payment

First Crush Cards requires full payment for your order prior to proceeding.

 

Payment can be made via PayPal however if you do not have an account, the facility to pay using a debit/credit card is available.

 

Lead Times

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from a member of our team who will then provide a lead time depending on the type of stationery and the quantity. With regards to invitations, we usually take between 2-3 weeks to complete your order. This depends on how busy we are and if we have all of your materials in stock.

 

Should you order stationery using our bespoke service, this may take a little longer as we may need additional time to source materials, etc.

 

 

Copyright

First Crush Cards own the rights to each and every design on this website. Should anybody imitate any of these designs, legal action will be taken.

 

Our customers are responsible for the copyright of any additional design, poem, hymn, song. Customers are also responsible for any additional cost required in order to use any of the above on their stationery. By ticking to agree to these terms and conditions, the customer accepts that First Crush Cards is in no way responsible for breach of a copyright law.

 

Stationery

Please note that we cannot accept liability for slight variations to our designs. As our products are all hand made, there may be some slight colour shade difference especially if you order stationery at different stages. We cannot be held accountable if any of the materials used for your stationery is discontinued by our suppliers. A refund will not be given, instead First Crush Cards will source and obtain the closest match possible until you are satisfied.

 

First Crush Cards will take adequate precaution to ensure that your invitations are suitably packaged, however, we cannot take any responsibility for your order once it has been dispatched. We cannot be liable for damage caused by the postal system.

 

First Crush Cards would like to make customers aware that all wallet style invitations will require a LARGE postage stamp. Furthermore, wedding invitations with embellishments may benefit from an additional cardboard envelope to ensure protection when posting.  These can be found on our website.

 

Data Protection

The information obtained from our customers WILL NOT in any way be shared with a third party. Your information is treated as confidential and will only be seen by the team at First Crush Cards. We keep your information on file in case you require any extra stationery closer to the date of your wedding. However, if you would like us to delete your information after your order is finalised, then please advise us to do so.

 

Hire Policy

It is solely our customer's responsibility to ensure that all products hired from First Crush Cards are returned on the agreed date and in the exact condition. If any items are hired out and returned damaged in any way, it is the customer's responsibility to make payment for each item, the cost of which will be advised by First Crush Cards. The wedding venue and guests are not held responsible in any way, our customer must accept full liability.
